The service
MindUnlocked offers private hypnotherapy sessions with Laurence, conducted via video call. Sessions are 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise in advance. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Not a medical service
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or medication. If you are under the care of a doctor, psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional, please let Laurence know before your first session. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact your GP, a crisis line, or emergency services.
Who can work with us
Sessions are available to adults aged 18 and over. Laurence reserves the right to decline or end a working relationship where she feels it is not appropriate to continue.
Booking and payment
Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received. Details of pricing and payment methods are provided directly on enquiry. Concession rates are available on a limited basis. Please reach out to discuss.
Cancellation
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full. Where possible, Laurence will try to accommodate changes with reasonable notice on both sides.
Confidentiality
Everything shared in a session is confidential. The only exceptions are situations where there is a legal obligation to disclose information, or where Laurence has reasonable concern for your safety or the safety of another person. These exceptions will always be discussed with you wherever possible.
Results
Hypnotherapy can be genuinely effective, but no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Results depend on a number of factors, including engagement, circumstances, and the nature of what you are working with. Laurence works with honesty and care, and will not encourage you to continue sessions beyond what she feels is useful.
