Who we are
MindUnlocked is a private hypnotherapy practice run by Laurence. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, you can reach her directly at hello@mindunlocked.me.
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send a message via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is delivered directly to Laurence by email and is not stored in any database. It is used only to respond to your enquiry.
Newsletter
If you sign up for occasional writing, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. This is stored securely in Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us directly. We do not share your details with anyone.
Booking
If you book a session or discovery call via Calendly, their own privacy policy applies to the information you provide during that process. You can read it at calendly.com/privacy.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. It records only aggregate information about page visits, such as which pages are most popular and which country visitors are from (at a country level only). No tracking across sites, no personal profiles, no data sold.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Some third-party services (such as Calendly) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To do any of these things, email hello@mindunlocked.me. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page. The date at the top reflects when it was last revised.
